Old age very often brings the deterioration of health, illnesses and depression connected with limited moving abilities and taking care of yourself.
We are aware of that and we try to keep our residents in the best physical and mental shape possible. As is known, movement equals health. That is why in the price there are included basic activity classes with a physiotherapist (Monday-Friday), as well as daily exercises. Depending on the resident’s condition, we adjust the form of activity classes to needs and abilities of a particular person.
Rehabilitation stays
We also offer rehabilitation treatments decicated for people after illnesses and hospitalization. The main goal is a temporary stay connected with intensive physical therapy. We work with a neurological physiotherapist who specializes in working with people after neurological injuries (stroke, hemorrhage) and with people with injuries of the spinal cord. We offer soft tissue therapies and fascial manipulation.
